Volunteers will assist with setting up event tables.

Volunteers will assist with assembling the table centerpieces.

HCDBM annual fundraiser welcomes our VIP Donors with a special Express Check-In. 

You will provide directions to the event and shuttle stations for guests in the Currey Creek parking lot.

You will provide bus rides for guests going to and from the event and parking lots. 

Assist guests with taking photos at our event photo stop.

Greet and check in guests as they arrive at the event entrance.

Greet guests as they arrive at the event entrance and direct them to registration and picking up their name badges.

Retrieve auction items for guests checking out. You will be assigned to a member of the checkout team and return items as they are picked up by guests. 

Volunteers will assist with handing out programs and name badges to guests at check in. 

Volunteers will assist with offering mocktails to guests as they enter the event and are in line to check in.

Volunteers will provide auction certificates to auction runners as guests are checking out. 

Volunteers will monitor the guns section of the auction. Ensure guests do not touch or remove the guns and answer questions regarding the auction items.

Volunteers will assist guests by taking payments and managing the wine pull game. 

Volunteers will assist guests by taking payments and managing the whiskey pull game. 

Volunteers will assist guests by taking payments and managing the James Avery jewelry pull game. 

Volunteers will assist guests by selling raffle tickets. 

Volunteers will assist food station chefs with serving food and answering guest questions. 

Volunteers will assist with serving food to guests that require accommodated seating in the tent during dinner.

Volunteers will assist with maintaining the drink station by refilling the beverage containers and supplies.

Volunteers will assist with serving food to our VIP sections at Lounge station 1 and 2. 

Volunteers will assist with passing mocktails to guests. Volunteers will be divided in sections to prep mocktail trays for servers to pass to guests around the warehouse. 

Volunteers will assist with emptying trash cans throughout the warehouse.

Volunteers will assist guests with seating, directions and bussing tables before the program. During the program you will assist with collecting paddles from guests participating in the paddle drop.

Hill Country Staff ONLY. Volunteers will collect money boxes from each table at the end of the program.

Volunteers will monitor the tent area for emergencies and provide guests with assistance.

Volunteers will monitor the tent for auction bidders and assist with collecting paddles from guests participating in the paddle drop.

Volunteers will greet guests at the main entrance on arrival and will assist guests with seating in the tent after dinner.

Volunteers will assist with collecting chairs from the tent and resetting the warehouse after the program. 

Volunteers will assist with cleaning the restrooms and restocking supplies.

HCDBM annual Fundraiser is looking for volunteers to help with Volunteer Check In.  You will help check-in volunteer and help pass out nametags.  Also we will ask that you help with the hospitality room for the evening.

You will provide golf cart rides for guests going to and from the event and parking lots.

Volunteers will supervise the area around auction items. Ensure guests do not remove items and assist with directing guests between the different sections or items in the auction.
